We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative HVAC Design Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, modeling, and engineering analysis of complex HVAC and smoke evacuation systems. The successful candidate will translate project requirements into high-quality technical layouts and precise engineering data.

• Design & Modeling: Design and develop HVAC systems, creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Engineering Calculations: Perform critical engineering calculations, including:
• Cooling load calculations.
• Air exchange and ventilation rates.
• Air intake and smoke evacuation systems.
• Project Coordination: Actively participate in professional consultant meetings via Zoom to ensure seamless project integration.
• Quantity Estimation: Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material estimations for project budgeting and execution.

• proven expirence with AutoCAD - 5 Years
• proven expirence with Revit&BIM360 - 5 Years
• Preparation of engineering calculations for HVAC and smoke evacuation systems.
• Proven experience participating in or coordinating consultant meetings via Zoom.
• Highly organized with strong collaborative skills.
• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from lead University
