AI Automation Engineer

In This Role, You Will:

• Identify & Analyze: Proactively partner with department leads to map workflows and pinpoint high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Build & Deploy: Rapidly prototype and deploy production-grade automations using tools like n8n, Claude Code, Gemini, and various LLM frameworks.
• Innovate: Stay at the absolute bleeding edge of the GenAI ecosystem, testing new tools and agentic workflows before they become mainstream.
• Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs for your projects, focusing on hours saved, cost reduction, or new revenue-generating capabilities.
• Evangelize: Act as the internal expert on AI productivity, helping employees become "AI-first" in their daily work.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner with stakeholders at all levels across the organization (R&D, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to identify operational bottlenecks and manual workflows.
• Strategic AI Enablement: Act as an internal consultant to shift the company’s mindset. You won’t just build for teams; you will guide and support them in creating their own solutions, helping them understand "what is possible" to change how they approach their daily work.
• Build AI-Driven Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade internal tools and automated workflows. You will leverage the top-tier tools in the market today (such as n8n, Claude Code, and Gemini) as high-leverage examples to build robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive Team Impact & Innovation: Focus on making our global teams significantly more effective by automating repetitive tasks and creating entirely new capabilities. Your success is measured by the increased output and the expanded technical reach of our workforce.

Requirements

• Development Background: A solid foundation in software engineering is essential. You must be proficient in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript) and comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and complex system logic.
• Proven Automation Experience: You must demonstrate a track record of building functional, intelligent automations. You have a portfolio of projects where you’ve successfully bridged the gap between a manual business problem and a technical, automated solution.
• Elite Self-Learner: You possess a "hacker" spirit—you don't wait for a training manual. You are the person who finds a new tool in the morning and has a working prototype by the afternoon.
• The "Teacher" Mindset: Beyond building, you have the communication skills to mentor others. You can translate complex technical concepts into actionable advice that empowers non-technical teammates to adopt an automation-first mindset.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: The ability to look at a messy, human-centric process and translate it into a clean, automated technical architecture.
