Data Scientist

We’re hiring a Data Scientist to join a leading financial organization building advanced AI and data capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of data, machine learning and real business impact, working end-to-end on ML and GenAI solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing end-to-end ML solutions, from research to production

Working with data exploration, feature engineering and statistical analysis

Designing, training and optimizing machine learning models

Working with LLMs, including fine-tuning, embeddings, vector stores and RAG

Deploying models to production in collaboration with ML Engineering, DevOps and development teams

Monitoring model performance, identifying drift and retraining when needed

Working closely with business stakeholders and presenting insights

Driving improvements in ML and AI methodologies across the team

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist

Strong experience with Python and leading ML libraries

Strong SQL skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

Hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM technologies is a strong advantage
