We’re looking for someone who knows how to run end-to-end recruitment processes, but more importantly - someone who understands hiring managers, asks the right questions, and brings real value into the process.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading full-cycle recruitment across corporate, service, operations, and professional roles

Working closely with hiring managers - defining needs, shaping role profiles, and guiding decisions throughout the process

Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, internal databases, and additional channels

Managing multiple stakeholders and driving processes in a dynamic, sometimes complex environment

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of recruitment experience

Experience working in a mid-to-large organization

Strong ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders
