Airobotics is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist (Buyer) to join our procurement team. This role involves supplier sourcing, negotiations, contract management, and ensuring availability and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment with advanced products in development and production.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes
• Create and track purchase orders
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers (local and international)
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Work cross-functionally with Planning, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Finance, and Sales teams
  
  

• Relevant academic degree
• At least 2 years of experience as a Buyer / Procurement Specialist (strong advantage for electronics/components procurement)
• Proven experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience in global procurement – advantage
• Experience working with subcontractors – advantage
• Experience with ERP systems – advantage (especially Oracle NetSuite); strong Excel skills
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lead processes independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Full-time, on-site position in Petah Tikva (non-hybrid)
