About the Role: We are looking for a technical powerhouse to lead, mentor, and scale our SOC operations. This isn't a "sit-back-and-monitor" role. You will be the ultimate escalation point for complex security incidents across Cloud, Endpoint, and Identity environments, driving our detection capabilities to the next level.

What you’ll do:

Lead & Mentor: Direct a team of security analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Investigate: Own end-to-end response for high-priority incidents (Phishing, Account Compromise, Cloud threats).
Innovate: Correlate data across diverse sources (M365/Google Workspace, AWS/Azure) to build robust detection logic.
Optimize: Constant improvement of SOC playbooks and incident response processes.

What you bring (Must-Haves):

Phishing Mastery: Deep experience in header analysis, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Workspace Security Expert: Mentor-level knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 security.
Cloud Native: Proven ability to validate and investigate alerts in AWS (GuardDuty) or Azure (Defender).
Leadership: Experience leading a team or acting as a Senior/Lead Analyst ready for the next step.
