Position Overview:
We are looking for an Antenna Designer to develop advanced phased array Antenna up to 30 GHz. You will design and validate Phase Array Antennas, working closely with cross‑functional teams to bring the antennas from concept to product while tackling complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of Phased Array Patch Antennas operating up to 30 GHz, utilizing electromagnetic simulation tools.
- Be the Professional authority on the Antenna, Radome and EM simulation field.
- Design complete antenna systems, from single-patch elements to full phased arrays, including radome design and antenna housing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RF, hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end product development cycle.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex RF performance issues in laboratory, field environments, and production, ensuring reliable system operation.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Antenna Design.
- Minimum of +5 years of hands‑on experience in RF antenna design.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of RF Patch Phased Array Antennas.
- Experience with electromagnetic (EM) simulation tools, such as CST or equivalent.
- Hands‑on experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs), and signal generators.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in System level considerations.
- Experience in RF board design - an advantage.
- Experience operating an anechoic chamber - an advantage.
- Knowledge in automation development with Python - an advantage.
