Senior QA Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our R&D team in Northern Israel.

In this role, you will take part in ensuring the quality of complex software systems across multiple platforms. You will work closely with development teams, analyze system behavior, and lead end-to-end testing processes in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical understanding with a sharp, detail-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Design, write, and execute manual test scenarios for complex systems
• Validate software across Web, Desktop, and Mobile environments
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into structured test plans
• Create and maintain QA documentation (STD, STR, STP, etc.)
• Identify, analyze, and track bugs through resolution
• Work closely with R&D teams to improve product quality and release stability
• Contribute to improving QA methodologies, processes, and coverage

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer — must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — required
• Strong experience with QA methodologies and testing processes
• Experience testing Web, Desktop, and Mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience with test management tools (ADO, JIRA)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Nice to Have

• ISTQB certification
• Experience working with complex or multidisciplinary systems
