Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Porto District, Portugal, for a Real Estate Agent specializing in high-commission investment opportunities and working with investor-focused leads. Responsibilities include client prospecting, managing investor relationships, facilitating property transactions, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing high-quality service to both local and international buyers and investors. Candidates will also assist in providing strategic insights into the real estate market and may collaborate with developers and property owners to identify lucrative opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and expertise in managing real estate transactions
• Proficiency in customer service, including relationship management and communication skills
• Experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Knowledge of real property and investment property transactions
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to international clients (e.g., Portuguese, English, or others), is a strong asset
• Deep understanding of the local Portuguese real estate market or willingness to develop expertise in this area
• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
