At Sanlakol, a leading company in Israel's preserved food industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality, healthy, and innovative products made from local agricultural produce. We are looking for an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to join our operations team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the integrity of our production infrastructure — from managing a team of ~30 employees (team leaders, technical warehouse, infrastructure & energy, and maintenance staff), to overseeing contractors, troubleshooting production faults, and driving continuous improvement across our facilities.

The role reports directly to the VP of Operations.

✅ Requirements:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineer or Practical Engineer) — required

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing plant — required

• Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and controls

• Experience working with spare parts and machinery suppliers, both locally and internationally

• Familiarity with maintenance and production methodologies

• Proficiency in computerized information systems and English

• Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure, and high service orientation
