Program Manager

We are looking for

For Elbit Systems Aerospace Division, we are seeking a Program Manager

This is an opportunity to lead a strategic and complex program involving the development and integration of advanced weapon systems on rotary‑wing platforms

In this role you will

Manage and lead a comprehensive program that includes

Integration of advanced armament onto European customer helicopters

Contract management and interface with the customer

Leadership of licensing processes and compliance with European standards

Management of supply chain and operations for serial production of weapon systems

Strengthening the relationship with the end customer

Supporting marketing efforts and business expansion activities

Defining the technical and operational characteristics of the solution

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary programs or projects

Experience working with customers and partners in Europe

Willingness to travel frequently abroad

High level of English, including verbal communication

Familiarity with airborne weapon systems

Relevant military background (aircrew, artillery, etc.)

Engineering background – Systems, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering
