Senior Electronics Practical Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Practical Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in bringing our BeeHome robotic hive systems from development to mass production.

This is a highly hands-on role, working closely with mechanical, software, NPI, QA, and operations teams on integration, debugging, and production readiness of complex electromechanical systems.

What You'll D

• oIntegrate electronic systems into robotic machines, including embedded boards, motion, communication, and power system
• sDebug and troubleshoot analog and digital boards at component and system level
• sDesign, document, and support cable harnesses for production (schematics, pinouts, routing, labeling
• )Lead design transfer to manufacturing, including BOMs, documentation, and ongoing production suppor
• tDesign and build test setups, fixtures, and validation tools for development and producti
• oSupport existing board designs and new product revision
• sWork closely with subcontractors, manufacturers, and assembly partner
• sPerform root-cause analysis on production and field failures and drive corrective action
• sCollaborate with R&D, mechanical, software, QA, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycl
