We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Media Buyer with 2–3 years of experience managing performance campaigns, primarily on Facebook. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, hands-on optimization skills, and the ability to think beyond simple CPA metrics by focusing on player value, retention, and NGR. We’re seeking someone energetic, hungry, and committed to winning each day.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook user acquisition campaigns.
• Focus on reducing CPA while maintaining and improving key funnel KPIs.
• Optimize toward player value, retention, and NGR, maintaining a holistic performance perspective - not only CPA or spend.
• Conduct structured testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Funnel Optimization

• Assist in building and enhancing full acquisition funnels, from click to FTD.
• Identify drop-off points and apply data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and player quality.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure the funnel experience supports performance objectives.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Use QuickSight, Binom, Voluum, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and other tracking tools to assess traffic quality, user behavior, and revenue contribution.
• Provide actionable insights that support scaling and campaign optimization.

Collaboration & Execution Support

• Work closely with creative, product, analytics, and content teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
• Provide performance-driven feedback to improve creative assets and funnel flows.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience in performance media buying with:

• Strong experience in Facebook Ads
• Analytical capabilities and experience with QuickSight, Binom, Voluum, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
• Ability to work with and understand PWA funnel flows
• Experience in RMG environments (advantage)
• Demonstrated success in reducing CPA and improving funnel performance
• Strong data interpretation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be an energetic, motivated individual who comes every day ready to win the day
