CRM and Billing Systems Implementer
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring for a leading organization in Petah Tikva.
This role includes front-line and back-office support for incidents and information systems, with a focus on users in the revenue unit. The position involves working with Billing systems, Dynamics CRM, IFN, Mobile, Ecommerce, and Microsoft-based environments.
The role also includes software testing before production, writing test scenarios, ongoing documentation of incidents and tasks, delivering group and individual training, writing training materials, and supporting system implementation in the field.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in information systems support and implementation
- Experience with Billing and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and collection processes
- Experience writing training materials and delivering front-facing training
- Teamwork, organization, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking skills
