Development and Integration Team Lead
Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring for a security organization in Jerusalem.
This role includes leading the Integration Development team, developing interfaces between internal information systems and external organizations, and managing a team of 7–10 employees. The position involves working with TIBCO BW, API Management tools, and integration technologies in an on-premises environment with no cloud access.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the relevant development field
- Experience managing and leading development teams, including matrix teams
- Experience developing and operating integration processes, including TIBCO BW
- Experience with API Management tools and Layer 7
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, Swagger, OpenAPI
- Experience with Java, MQ, and Kafka
- Familiarity with additional integration tools and open-source technologies
- Experience with REST, SOAP, and Windows/Linux admin-level environments
