We’re Hiring: A Project Manager based in Ramat Hahayal

This position focuses on managing audit systems, enhancing Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities, and leveraging advanced technologies—including AI—to drive data-driven insights, improve operational efficiency, and ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end management of audit systems (e.g., TeamMate, SharePoint, Qlik Sense), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Assist with system configuration, upgrades, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Develop documentation and deliver end-user training to ensure effective system adoption.
• Design and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Qlik Sense, Power BI) to provide insights on audit performance, resources, and timelines.
• Integrate and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Support monitoring and QA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and IIA standards.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, including updates on audit progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Explore and implement AI-based tools, including prompt development and automation workflows, to enhance team efficiency.
  
  

• 3rd-year student (or end of 2nd year) in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or IT Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize data effectively.
• Exposure to AI tools, including prompt writing and automation workflows.
• Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong professional communication skills.
• Advantage: Experience with data analytics, BI/reporting tools, ERP/GRC systems, or work in a global organization.
