About the Role
A fast-growing solar energy company is looking for a senior business development leader to drive strategic growth across international sourcing and local market expansion.
This role combines commercial leadership, market strategy, and partnership development in a highly dynamic and evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international suppliers and local stakeholders
- Lead negotiations on large-scale commercial agreements
- Conduct market analysis and build financial models
- Drive end-to-end commercial projects
- Represent the company in industry forums and strategic discussions
- Advise leadership on growth opportunities and market positioning
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar energy systems and storage solutions
- Strong international supplier relationships
- Established network within local EPCs, developers, and installers
- 3–7 years in business development or commercial leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and independence
