Team Lead – Software (Edge AI / Computer Vision)
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on software team lead to drive the development and deployment of real-time video pipelines in a cutting-edge Edge AI environment.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and real-world deployment, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and production readiness.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team
- Own architecture, system design, and technical roadmap
- Contribute hands-on to development (30–50%)
- Integrate and optimize AI models in production systems
- Drive performance optimization (latency, scalability, reliability)
- Ensure high-quality delivery and execution
- Work closely with algorithm and DevOps teams
- Support deployment across edge hardware environments
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development
- Strong Python and Linux experience
- Proven experience building production systems
- Strong system design capabilities
- Leadership experience (or strong potential)
Nice to Have
- Computer Vision / Deep Learning
- Real-time systems
- Video streaming tools (GStreamer / FFmpeg)
- Hardware integration experience
