Technical Writer

The role involves creating, writing, and maintaining the technical documentation for all company projects, while working closely with Manufacturing Engineering teams, production floor personnel, R&D engineers, and other stakeholders. The position requires precise documentation of manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging processes, as well as converting this information into formal technical documents that meet engineering standards.

Job Description:

• Documenting and photographing assembly, testing, and packaging processes, including identifying key technical insights and understanding workflow procedures.
• Converting technical documentation and raw information into formal documents such as assembly instructions, operator manuals, test documentation, and more.
• Managing document revisions and performing ongoing updates in accordance with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and changes to the product or production process.
• Working as an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, with high responsibility for compliance with documentation procedures and quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

• Mechanical / Electronics Practical Engineer - required
• At least two years of relevant experience in technical documentation, manufacturing engineering, or a related field - Required.
• High proficiency in English (reading and writing) - Required.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks Composer - significant advantage.
• Proficiency in CAD software - significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Visio - advantage.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, as well as technical specifications.
• Relevant military experience - advantage.
