Junior Project Manager (Cyber Security PMO)

The role

Nebius is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Cyber Security PMO, reporting to the Head of PMO under the CISO.

This role is designed for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual at the early stages of their project management career. You will support the delivery of cross-functional cyber security initiatives and gain hands-on experience working with security, engineering, IT, and product teams.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, eager to learn, and capable of managing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Execution Support

• Support the execution of cross-functional cyber security projects from initiation through delivery.
• Assist in building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and task tracking.
• Track progress, identify delays, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to support project activities.
• Prepare status updates, meeting summaries, and follow-ups.
• Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.

Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate tracking of tasks, milestones, and project status.
• Support preparation of reports and dashboards for the PMO and leadership.

Process & Learning

• Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.
• Support improvement of project management processes and tools.

We expect you to have:

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High motivation to learn and grow in project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, or similar.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience working in a technology or cyber security environment.
• Strong technological orientation and ability to understand systems and workflows.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field.
