The Mission: "Impossible Intelligence"

Robotic Imaging has spent digitizing the physical world for the world’s largest enterprise portfolios. Now, we are building the "Brain."

We are creating Impossible Intelligence: an Enterprise OS that ingests messy reality (surveys, PDFs, maintenance logs, work orders, digital twin imaging) and turns it into a predictive, automated "Knowledge Graph" of the built world.

Our team is growing (5 engineers and counting), and I (the CTO) need a technical lead beside me to help design the architecture, contribute significant code, and build the Tel Aviv operation from the ground up into a powerhouse.

The Challenge: Building the "Brain"

We aren't playing with drones and LiDAR today (that’s coming). Right now, the "Impossible Intelligence" challenge is a massive data and logic problem.

• The Inputs: Messy surveys, historical maintenance logs, disparate work orders, and complex imaging.
• The Goal: Build the engine that ingests this data and spits out "Impossible Intelligence"—predictive replacements, pricing, and a perfect digital record of a 1,000-store portfolio.
• The Scale: You’ll be architecting and building systems that manage thousands of high-value physical assets for household-name enterprises.

What you Will Do

You will be the strongest technical individual contributor in the company, using your authority to elevate the team.

• Architectural Ownership: You will design the distributed systems that handle our "Impossible Intelligence" layer. You aren't just building features; you are preventing the technical debt that kills startups.
• Deep Execution: You will spend significant time in the weeds—writing mission-critical code, performing rigorous code reviews, and untangling complex data logic.
• Brainstorming Partner: You are my technical partner. We will whiteboard the "impossible" together, and I need to fully trust your judgment.
• Scale the Team: As our first hire in Israel, we will work together to recruit the founding Tel Aviv squad, defining engineering culture and setting the standard.

• Technically Elite: You should be a better engineer than I am—and that’s exactly why I’m hiring you. You have a deep mastery of scalable, multi-tenant backend systems.
• Architect: You have the "Ego-Utility" to choose the right solution over the cool one. You know when to build for the next 5 years and when to ship for the next 5 days.
• Data Specialist: You enjoy the challenge of turning both structured and unstructured inputs (PDFs/Manuals/Logs/Images) into a structured, intelligent system.
• TLV-Based Builder: You believe that high-velocity engineering happens in person. You want to be in the office, at the whiteboard, building the culture with me.

The Tech Journey

We are currently focused on the Knowledge Graph/Logic layer. As we scale, you will help us integrate Computer Vision, IoT sensors, and LiDAR data into the "Impossible Intelligence" engine. You are building the foundation that will eventually support the world's most advanced spatial AI.
