Financial Controller - JB-3404

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join a successful, growing NASDAQ-listed company. The position reports directly to the company's CFO and is a full-time role based in our offices in Netanya.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in both CPA firms and corporate accounting to take a key role in a dynamic, public global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Perform budget control, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise bookkeeping operations and ensure accurate reporting to authorities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and organizational procedures.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience in a reputable CPA firm (Big 4 – advantage).
• Previous experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a corporate environment.
• knowledge of US GAAP – significant advantage.
• High proficiency in Priority ERP and advanced Excel skills – Mandatory.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• High level of personal responsibility, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
