Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Handle complex and non-standard orders, resolving issues with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
  
  

• Strong proficiency in both English and Hebrew (reading and writing), with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and adopting new technologies and innovative tools in day-to-day operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including willingness to work in shifts.
• Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field - an advantage.
• Previous experience in administration or data entry - an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP - an advantage.
• Availability to participate in the training program starting May 10, 2026.
