About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Team Lead with a passion for building winning game experiences, leading people, and driving precise execution on schedule. In this role, you’ll lead the company’s Product function across casino, lottery, and additional gaming products, working closely with R&D, BI, Marketing, IT, and Legal, while owning end-to-end KPIs for growth, conversion, retention, and LTV.

You’ll serve as the bridge between business and R&D — prioritizing initiatives based on business value and effort, while ensuring optimal use of development resources in terms of capacity, focus, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the roadmap: features, LiveOps, game economy, bonuses/promotions, personalization.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: market/competitor research, specifications, UX, PRDs, agile delivery, and launch.
• Run rapid experimentation and A/B tests; make data-driven decisions.
• Improve signup/payment/cash-out funnels, KYC/verifications; reduce friction and boost mobile/web conversion.
• Work closely with BI and Retention teams on segmentation, bonus engines, triggers, and automations.
• Establish standard measurement processes, dashboards, and event definitions; ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with Legal/Regulatory for market-specific compliance.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns and landing experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2C product management, including 2+ years managing Product Managers.
• Proven experience in Real-Money Gaming / Lottery / iGaming.
• Strong command of statistical experimentation and A/B testing; daily use of analytics tools and SQL.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile product development environments, including Jira and sprint-based delivery.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with close collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Risk, or Payments teams..
• Sharp specification and writing skills (PRDs/flows/wireframes) and deep partnership with Design & Engineering.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
