Head of Electronic Engineering (Founding Role)

Zentra Security is hiring a founding Head of Electronic Engineering to lead hardware development at an early stage.

• Lead end-to-end electronic system development
• Design, prototype, and iterate on hardware products
• Work hands-on with circuits, components, and embedded systems
• Solve technical challenges quickly and independently
• Build the foundation for future engineering efforts

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (recent graduates encouraged)
• Strong problem-solving ability and technical curiosity
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• High level of ownership and execution

Experience is less important than capability and mindset.

• Equity-based role (~1%), subject to standard vesting (4 years, 1-year cliff)
• Additional equity based on performance and contribution
