Data Manager

We are looking for a Data Manager to lead data initiatives across projects and clients. This role combines leadership, governance, and hands-on understanding of data platforms. You will define data strategies, ensure data quality and governance, and manage teams delivering data solutions end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead data projects from design to delivery

• Define data strategy aligned with business goals

• Own data governance, quality, and standards

• Manage data teams including engineers and analysts

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions

• Oversee data architecture and platform decisions

• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data systems

• Drive best practices across data modeling, pipelines, and BI

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data roles (BI, Data Engineering, or Analytics)

• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders

• 2+ years in a leadership or management role

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes

• Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)

• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks

Nice to Have

• Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools

• Relevant certifications in data or cloud technologies
