PPC Team Leader

We're a fast-paced, fully regulated online Sports-betting and Casino operator. Operating from Spain & Israel, with hubs across Europe and LATAM, we serve players in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on PPC Team Leader with a strong passion for performance marketing to lead our PPC efforts at scale and take our campaigns to the next level. This role combines strategic ownership, team leadership, and deep analytical work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a monthly PPC budget of approximately €2M, including forecasting and performance optimization
• Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Ads, etc.)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of PPC specialists, fostering growth and high performance
• Conduct in-depth keywords, audience, and market research to identify scalable growth opportunities
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to maximize ROI
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to create effective Ad creatives and landing pages
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
• Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders
• Identify new channels, strategies, and opportunities within the PPC landscape

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with trends in PPC, SEO, AI-driven optimization, tracking, and attribution.
• Develop joint testing frameworks for messaging, landing pages, and user flows across both channels.
• Identify emerging opportunities and tools that improve acquisition via Search

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a PPC Team Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong experience managing large-scale PPC budgets and complex campaign structures
• Hands-on expertise with PPC platforms and tools (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
• Spanish – strong advantage
• Experience in the online casino or sports betting industry – strong advantage
