🚀 Part-Time CTO (Project-Based) — Building a Human-Centered AI Mobile App

We are building a mobile platform designed to help people use their time meaningfully, develop independence, and take small daily steps toward a better life.

This is not a typical startup.

We are focused on real human progress, not just engagement metrics.

Many people today have time, potential, and desire to grow — but lack simple structure and guidance to act.

We are building a system that:

• Guides users through small, practical daily tasks
• Uses AI to support consistency and growth
• Helps users build momentum toward independence (food, skills, income, purpose)

Our first use case:

We are looking for a Part-Time, Project-Based CTO to:

• Architect and lead the technical foundation of the mobile app
• Integrate AI agents (built on Base44) into a seamless user experience
• Build a simple, scalable MVP focused on real user outcomes
• Help translate a strong vision into a working, usable product

You will work closely with the founder on product direction, while owning technical execution.

• Guided task system (step-by-step user journeys)
• AI buddy interaction (chat + simple accountability)
• Progress tracking (daily actions, completion)
• Optional integrations (e.g. calendar, messaging like WhatsApp)
• Simple, enjoyable mobile experience

• Builder mindset (you create, not just advise)
• Able to simplify complex ideas into practical systems
• Comfortable working with early-stage, evolving products
• Open to working alongside AI as a collaborative tool
• Interested in human behavior, not just technology

Preferred:

• Based in Israel or willing to work in Israel if needed
• Experience with mobile apps, WebRTC, or interactive platforms
• Background in social, learning, or gamified systems

• Part-time, flexible structure
• Clear ownership of technical decisions within agreed scope
• Fast iteration, focused on real user feedback
• Direct collaboration with founder (vision + product)

• Project-based budget: ~USD $10,000 (Upon MVP completion phase to achieve xx thousand users in x months)
• Potential for equity and long-term role based on contribution and investor alignment
