About the Role

Design and user experience are a core differentiating factor for Tenzai's products. We're not just building a hacking platform — we're building an agentic experience where users can manage, monitor, and interact with AI security agents in a way that feels smart, transparent, and intuitive. This role requires strong product thinking, deep understanding of agentic design, and the ability to simplify genuinely complex systems — working closely with customers, product managers, engineers, and security researchers.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Tenzai's platform, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
• Use AI-assisted prototyping to align and validate ideas early and often.
• Create clear, elegant UI for complex security workflows and AI-driven processes.
• Contribute to and evolve the Tenzai design system and product design standards.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and security researchers to ship great product.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve product experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in the security or agentic developer tools domains
• Experience designing complex workflows end to end
• Experience designing scalable design systems or component libraries
• Proficiency with modern design tools and AI workflow adoption
• Strong critical thinking skills — understanding user and stakeholder needs vs. their wants
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
