QA Engineer – Financial Systems

We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong financial orientation to join our QA team and lead testing of complex accounting processes within core systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and financial requirement documents
• Write test scenarios for accounting processes
• Perform manual testing on financial systems (Web / Back Office)
• Conduct end-to-end testing of financial processes (charges, credits, reconciliations, interest, fees, etc.)
• Perform data reconciliation and validation across systems
• Work with databases and analyze data using SQL
• Identify, analyze, and document defects with a focus on calculations and data accuracy
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, Finance, and external vendors
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in software testing (Manual QA)
• Proven experience writing test scenarios based on specifications
• Experience testing financial / accounting / banking systems
• Understanding of accounting processes (e.g., reconciliations, journal entries, financial transactions)
• Strong SQL skills (data validation, cross-checking, analysis)
• Experience with end-to-end testing of complex multi-system processes
• Experience with defect management tools (Jira / Xray / QC / TFS)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, functions, data analysis)

• Experience working with financial ERP systems
• Experience with API testing
• Experience in banking / fintech environments
