We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Infrastructure & Systems Team Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, infrastructure ownership, and end-to-end project delivery across on-prem and cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing an IT Infrastructure / Systems team in a mid-size organization – must
  • Strong hands-on experience in hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Prem) – must
  • Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects end-to-end – must
  • Experience defining processes and professional standards – must
  • Hands-on mindset with strong technical capabilities
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration
