The Role
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be the engine behind our growth strategy, transforming complex data into actionable marketing insights. You will bridge the gap between technical data extraction and strategic decision-making, ensuring our user acquisition efforts are both efficient and impactful. This role is critical for optimizing our marketing funnel and driving the sustainable scale of our global gaming portfolio.
Description
- Manage and optimize large-scale marketing campaigns across diverse channels to maximize ROI and player acquisition.
- Conduct continuous research on user conversion journeys from initial visit to first-time deposit (FTD).
- Build and maintain comprehensive data reports, automated dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Define and track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to align with overall business growth targets.
- Perform deep-dive market research and rigorous analysis of performance data to identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Data, Finance, Product, and CRM to align strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and propose data-backed solutions to improve user retention.
- 2+ years of analytical experience within the B2C online or gaming industry.
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query large, complex datasets and integrate multiple sources.
- Proven track record of working with BI visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing and optimizing high-budget marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation using Pandas, SciPy, or NumPy - advantage.
- Solid technological background or a deep understanding of marketing tech stacks - advantage.
