Software Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven leader to join our Digital Assets Technology division. This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple development teams and drive innovative digital solutions that support core business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams across Web, Mobile, System Analysis, and Technical Project Management
• Provide hands-on architectural solutions and build scalable development infrastructures
• Work closely with infrastructure and architecture teams across the organization
• Ensure high availability and stability of digital assets, including proactive monitoring and 24/7 production support
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including technology teams, business units, and external vendors
• Lead R&D initiatives and drive technological innovation and best practices
• Manage and resolve production issues while maintaining system reliability and performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in team leadership / Scrum Master / Solution Architecture in digital development environments (large-scale or high-growth companies) – MUST !
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with .NET – MUST !
• Proven experience in designing and building cloud architecture on AWS – MUST !
• Hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS)- MUST !
• Experience with React / Angular
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of Design Patterns, software engineering principles, and development methodologies
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and infrastructure teams
• Proven ability to lead R&D initiatives and drive innovation
• Strong business understanding and process-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced 24/7 production environment
• Highly motivated, independent, and a strong team player with leadership capabilities
