Logistics & Supply Chain Manager | Join a Fast-Growing Company

A fast-growing company in the import and distribution sector is looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize its end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.

This is a full-time role based in Ra’anana, reporting directly to the CEO, with broad responsibility across the full flow of goods — from international suppliers, import and customs processes, through inventory planning and 3PL management, and all the way to local distribution and final delivery. The role combines hands-on operational ownership with strategic visibility and cross-functional impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
• Manage 3PL partners, warehousing, transportation, and operational KPIs
• Oversee import processes, customs clearance, and supplier/freight forwarder coordination
• Own inventory planning, forecasting, and stock control
• Manage distribution activities and relationships with shipping providers
• Ensure compliance with relevant import and EU regulatory standards
• Lead the internal team and provide ongoing reporting and insights to the CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field — required
• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics leadership role
• At least 8 years of overall experience in logistics
• Strong experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
• Strong analytical skills, including demand forecasting and stock planning
• Fluent Hebrew and very high-level English
• Hands-on, assertive working style with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work full-time from the company’s offices in Ra’anana
