• Concept to Delivery: Take a brief and work alongside our Creative Directors to translate concepts into high-end visual reality. You will own the process from initial storyboarding to the final master export.
• Filmmaking & Animation Fundamentals: Apply a deep understanding of cinematography, narrative pacing, and the core principles of animation (timing, spacing, and weight) to ensure every piece is cinematic and intentional.
• Deep Collaboration: You aren’t working in a vacuum. You will work side-by-side with Brand Designers, Creative Directors, and various stakeholders, integrating their input and guidelines to ensure every project aligns with Artlist’s brand identity.
• AI-First Workflow: Everything we do at Artlist involves AI. You will be an early adopter with first-access to every new internal AI tool, integrating them into your daily production to push the boundaries of what is possible.
• High-Impact Projects: Balance independent ownership of specialized tasks with large-scale, collaborative team projects that reach millions of creators.
  
  

• After Effects & Premiere Pro expertise: Full command of the Adobe Creative Suite, with high proficiency in After Effects motion systems and professional, rhythm-driven editing in Premiere Pro
• Storyboarding skills: Ability to translate briefs into clear, effective storyboards that define flow, pacing, and narrative before production
• Design fundamentals: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to create high-fidelity style frames that set the visual tone
• AI proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools on a daily basis to enhance workflows, explore creative directions, and improve efficiency
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill in design, motion, and editing, with a clear sense of taste and attention to detail
  
  

• 3D proficiency: Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender
• Audio skills: Experience in sound design and mixing for high-quality video production
