The Role:

The Product Specialist role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer engagement. The position focuses on applying the product in real-world engineering scenarios, supporting customer-facing activities, and ensuring alignment between product capabilities and user needs.

The role involves working closely with mechanical engineers and technical teams to demonstrate the product, evaluate its performance, and identify gaps or improvements. It includes involvement in feature validation, creation of technical and sales-facing materials, and ongoing feedback collection from users.

A key aspect of the role is translating practical engineering challenges into structured product use cases, while maintaining a strong understanding of both the product’s capabilities and the workflows of its users. The position requires a combination of technical depth, clear communication, and proactive engagement across internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Test and validate new product features in real engineering scenarios
• Monitor product performance and system health from a user perspective
• Create sales and marketing materials (use cases, demo flows, examples)
• Design and deliver tailored live demos to prospects and customers
• Support sales processes by clearly communicating technical value
• Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding early usage
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and engineering workflows
• Collect structured feedback from users and translate it into actionable insights
• Act as a product expert internally and externally

Requirements

Must haves:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience working as an engineer
• Experience working in a large organization
• Strong understanding of real-world engineering workflows (design, manufacturing and related)
• Native-level English (spoken and written)
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to different audiences
• Comfortable presenting technical content live
• Willing to prepare and present a 5-minute example of a past project (in English)
