Business Development Analyst – Global Generic Pharmaceuticals (Hybrid)

Padagis Shoham is seeking a Business Development Analyst for the international generic pharmaceuticals market (hybrid role).

This is a key position responsible for identifying growth opportunities in global markets, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving data‑based decision‑making within the generic pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze IQVIA datasets and generate actionable business insights.
• Support financial models, forecasts, and project management activities.
• Work with regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in the generic pharma industry.
• Contribute to portfolio assessment processes, licensing activities, strategic collaborations, and digital platform initiatives.
• Provide analytical support to the company’s Budget & Control Manager through financial analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to advance strategic objectives.

Position Details

• Full‑time  with flexibility and willingness for overtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Health Systems Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences – advantage
• Experience with IQVIA data analysis - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate it into practical strategic insights
• 2–5 years of proven experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience working with both local and global interfaces
• High proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, with emphasis on Power BI
• Experience in forecasting models, pricing analyses, and market research
• High‑level English proficiency
