We are growing at V-flow, and we’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Caesarea!

We are looking for someone who doesn't just understand how a device is built, but how the entire engine of production—from the raw material to the final clean room assembly—is optimized for success.

The Role:

As our Mechanical Engineer for Assembly & Manufacturing, you will be the bridge between design and delivery. You won’t just be managing a process; you’ll be owning the lifecycle of our hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Clean Room Oversight: Lead assembly and manufacturing within our ISO-certified clean rooms in Caesarea.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Take full charge of the supply chain, ensuring high-quality components arrive on time and within spec.
• Strategic Purchasing: Negotiate and manage procurement for technical parts and specialized materials.
• Sub-contractor Management: Be the primary point of contact for our manufacturing partners and sub-contractors, ensuring they meet V-flow’s rigorous standards.
• Familiar with QA processes

Who You Are:

• The Expert: You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and proven experience in clean room environments (assembly and manufacturing).
• The Orchestrator: You are highly organized and comfortable managing supplier logistics and complex technical procurement.
• The Local: You are based in the Haifa, Netanya, or Hadera area (close to our Caesarea site).
• The Problem Solver: You have a "get it done" attitude and the technical depth to troubleshoot both a mechanical assembly and a supply chain bottleneck.
