Responsibilities

• Management of team leaders and production workers, including training and professional development.
• Ongoing work with TPI, production engineering, quality, purchasing and logistics.
• Leading continuous improvement processes, streamlining and implementing Lean methodologies.
• Responsibility for safety at work and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Handling production faults, analyzing exceptions and providing solutions in real time.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in production management in an industrial plant, including managing team leaders.
• Proven experience in the field of electro-optics or advanced technological industry.
• In-depth understanding of TPI, production engineering and quality.
• Ability to manage and motivate employees in a dynamic and multi-interface environment.
• Experience in leading continuous improvement processes and streamlining production lines.
• Mastery of reading drawings and accurate assembly processes - an advantage.

Required Skills

• Relevant education: Engineering/Industrial and Management Engineer - Advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, order and organization at a high level.

Preferred Skills

• Significant experience in production management.
