We are looking for a visionary QA Manager to join our R&D leadership and take our quality standards to the next level.

📌 Responsibilities

✔ Lead & Scale: Manage and mentor QA Team Leads and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

✔ Define Strategy: Own the end-to-end quality strategy, from defining KPIs to implementing best-in-class testing methodologies.

✔ Drive Initiatives: Lead cross-functional quality processes and continuous improvements across the entire R&D organization.

✔ Technical Oversight: Oversee test documentation, regression cycles, and comprehensive version testing to ensure flawless delivery.

✔ Optimize CI/CD: Integrate advanced QA practices into our CI/CD pipelines and SDLC within an Agile/Scrum environment.

✔ Collaborate: Partner with Product and R&D leaders to align on delivery timelines, scalability, and technical test plans.

✅ Requirements

✔️ 8+ Years in QA: Extensive experience in software testing with a solid technical foundation.

✔️ 5+ Years in Management: Proven track record in leadership, with at least 2 years of experience managing Team Leads.

✔️ Company Fit: Experience working in small to mid-sized companies (fast-paced environments).

✔️ Methodology Expert: Deep proficiency in QA tools, methodologies, and E2E testing practices.

✔️ Hands-on Foundation: Practical experience with automation testing and CI/CD pipelines.

✔️ Process Driven: Strong ability to implement testing standards and drive organizational change.

✔️ Leadership Excellence: Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
