Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product documentation in US English.
- Produce technical content covering installation procedures, user and admin guides, and API documentation.
- Create and revise embedded UI text to support clarity and usability.
- Contribute to multimedia and documentation assets, including videos, style guides, workflow methodologies, and evaluation of new tools and technologies.
- Work effectively in both independent and distributed team environments
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a writing-based occupation and completion of a technical writing course
- Native-level English
- Working experience within the software industry
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for target audiences
- Strong interest in IT software and related technology
- Source control
