UCT is looking for a talented Product Engineer III to join us in Israel!

The Product Engineer III drives product development and lifecycle support by designing new solutions, improving existing products, and ensuring smooth transition from R&D to production. This role creates detailed CAD models and drawings, conducts laboratory tests and validations, and supports cross‑functional teams with technical expertise. It performs failure analysis, participates in MRB and ECR/ECO processes, and partners with QA, marketing, procurement, and assembly teams. The engineer also supports customer inquiries and leads continuous product and process improvement efforts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products, while supporting the company’s current product portfolio.
• Prepare production and assembly drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks).
• Perform tests in internal/external laboratories (investigations/validation/qualification tests for new products)
• Make decisions MRB meetings
• Support product Marketing Engineers (very technical questions).
• Support QA in investigations (internal/external).
• Support assembly departments.
• Participate in contract review meetings, ECR/ECO meetings, assembly/testing feasibility.
• Improve existing products.
  
  

• Understanding CNC machining processes
• Previous experience working with subcontractors.
• Proven 3D CAD experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, raw materials, finishing & QA.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and co-workers in parallel.
• Team player, self-motivated, with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent English (both verbal and written).
• Hands-on experience.
• Understanding engineering processes and proficiency in various technological fields.
  
  

• BSc degree, in Mechanical Engineering.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience.
