Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a strong R&D Engineer to join a stealth startup at a critical early stage, just ahead of a major funding round.

This role is ideal for engineers who are currently building production-grade systems, and bring a solid foundation in low-level development, with the ability to bridge deep system understanding into real-world products.

You’ll be part of a small, sharp core team tackling a fundamentally hard problem in AI infrastructure and GPU utilization, building systems that run in real customer environments.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own production systems deployed in enterprise environments (on-prem / hybrid)
• Design and develop distributed systems running across multiple nodes
• Work closely with infrastructure layers including Kubernetes and GPU orchestration
• Apply low-level knowledge to improve performance, efficiency, and system behavior
• Take part in end-to-end development — from design to deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience developing production systems (backend / infrastructure / distributed systems)
• Experience working on systems deployed to customer environments (client-side / on-prem / enterprise)
• Combination of high-level development experience with a background in low-level development (e.g., C/C++, Linux internals, kernel, etc.)

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with Kubernetes (Operators, Device Plugins)
• Proficiency in Go
• Experience with GPU environments (NVML, MIG, CUDA, MPS)
• Familiarity with inference stacks (vLLM, Triton, TensorRT-LLM, TGI)
• Experience with eBPF / kernel modules / Linux networking (TC)
