Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Systems Analyst & Project Manager for a leading healthcare organization in the Dan region.

This is a dynamic end-to-end role involving business analysis, project management, cross-functional coordination, and delivery of technology-driven processes from initiation to go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Write specification documents
• Work closely with development, QA, and business teams
• Manage tasks, timelines, and project deliverables
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and interfaces
• Lead status meetings and track project progress
• Ensure delivery meets business goals, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager
• Experience writing functional and technical specification documents
• Experience working with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Experience managing tasks, schedules, and cross-functional processes
• Familiarity with SQL and enterprise information systems – advantage
