Temporary Position with Option

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a PC Technician for a temporary position with option in a central Israel-based organization.

This role includes providing on-site technical support to employees, handling hardware issues, installations, and ongoing maintenance of end-user computing equipment in a high-demand environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to organizational end users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform hardware maintenance
• Replace hardware components including RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, and peripheral equipment
• Install operating systems and prepare new computers for use
• Configure and install local and network printers
• Support users in an intensive, high-volume working environment

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience as a PC Technician – required
• Strong service orientation and ability to work independently
• High level of responsibility and hands-on technical capabilities
