Ticketing Data Specialist (SeatPick)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Entry to join our operations team.
You’ll ensure event data is accurate, complete, and optimized, improve data quality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operation.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
- Good research skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of sports/events/ticketing — big advantage
- Good written English and communication (additional languages — advantage)
- AI usage, workflow optimization and tech savvy is a huge plus.
