Vice President, Investor Relations

Elron Ventures is seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations, to help drive and develop the company’s engagement with the investment community across international capital markets.

Elron Ventures is a publicly traded technology investment company investing since 1961 and recognized as one of the pioneers of the Israeli venture ecosystem. The company invests in and supports technology businesses across cybersecurity, deep technology, defense technology, artificial intelligence and enterprise software.

Elron works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to support the development and growth of technology companies and maintains strategic relationships across industry and advanced technology ecosystems.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President, Investor Relations will support and help drive Elron’s engagement with the international investment community and its capital markets communications.

The role will serve as a key interface between the company and the investment community and will contribute to defining and executing Elron’s investor relations priorities, capital markets positioning and investor communications strategy.

The position will support communication of Elron’s strategy, portfolio development, capital allocation priorities and long‑term value creation across the platform while helping expand engagement with institutional investors and financial market participants across international markets.

As Elron continues to develop its investment platform and deepen its engagement with technology ecosystems and portfolio companies, the role will also support communication around portfolio development initiatives, strategic opportunities and the evolution of Elron’s investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities Capital Markets Engagement

·      Help define and execute Elron’s investor relations program in coordination with executive leadership

·      Engage with institutional investors and financial market participants across international markets

·      Support investor meetings, conferences and capital markets outreach activities

Investor Communications

·      Contribute to the development of Elron’s capital markets positioning and investor narrative

·      Prepare investor presentations, shareholder materials and capital markets communications

·      Support communication of financial results, portfolio developments and strategic initiatives

Portfolio and Strategy Communication

·      Support communication regarding Elron’s portfolio companies and investment platform

·      Contribute to communication of portfolio development, strategic initiatives and capital allocation priorities

·      Assist in delivering the value creation narrative across the company’s technology investment platform

Investor Engagement

·      Maintain dialogue with existing shareholders and prospective investors

·      Support development of relationships across institutional investors and financial market participants

·      Assist with engagement with research analysts and the broader financial community as appropriate

Market Insight

·      Monitor sector developments, peer activity and capital markets trends

·      Provide management with feedback regarding investor perspectives, shareholder dialogue and market positioning

IR Coordination

·      Coordinate closely with external investor relations advisers and the company’s communications team

·      Support development of investor engagement plans and communication priorities

·      Help drive consistency across investor messaging, outreach activity and capital markets communications

Regulatory Coordination

·      Support compliance with applicable disclosure and regulatory requirements

·      Coordinate with legal and finance teams regarding public communications

Experience and Background

·      Experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, capital markets or related roles

·      Experience engaging institutional investors and financial market participants

·      Understanding of public markets and institutional investor engagement

·      Familiarity with technology sectors such as cybersecurity, software, deep technology or defense technology

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

·      Ability to communicate complex technology and investment themes to the investment community

Reporting: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

Regular interaction with international investors and periodic travel expected.
