Information Systems Manager

WINT Water Intelligence is seeking a senior Information Systems Manager to take strategic ownership of our global information systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. This is a management role - where you will drive the company's systems roadmap, manage implementation contractors and outsourced service providers, and align IT strategy with business growth. The role includes one direct report (Salesforce & Information Systems) and oversight of external providers across all IT domains.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of IT or Information Systems management experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing external implementation partners and IT service vendors — defining scope, overseeing delivery, and holding providers accountable.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM — implementation cycles, integrations, and system optimization — required.
• Strong knowledge of Information Systems (CRM, ERP, HR, business applications) and system integration principles; familiarity with AI tools and automation trends in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Experience managing IT budgets and collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on vendor contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; high-level English proficiency required.

Job Responsibilities

Information Systems & Cybersecurity

• Own the company's global information systems strategy and multi-year roadmap across CRM, ERP, HR, and business platforms.
• Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities across business processes — evaluating tools, leading pilots, and embedding innovation into the company’s systems roadmap.
• Manage one direct report responsible for Salesforce CRM, Deal Hub, and related systems.
• Oversee system integrations, platform health, and adoption across all business tools.
• Ensure the company’s cybersecurity posture is maintained and continuously improved; manage audits, compliance, and certifications through an external security provider.

Systems Implementation & Contractor Management

• Manage external implementation partners across all active IT projects — scope, timelines, quality, and escalations.
• Oversee the Salesforce implementation partner and all system integration contractors.
• Lead vendor selection processes (RFP/RFQ) and work with Procurement, Legal, and Finance to negotiate and manage contracts.
• Serve as the internal point of accountability, bridging business stakeholders and implementation teams.

Classic IT Vendor Management

• Oversee outsourced Help Desk providers across all regions (IL, US, UK) — managing SLAs and performance.
• Manage infrastructure, network, and hardware vendors; own the IT budget and report actuals vs. forecast.
