About the Role

This position combines business development, global markets exposure, and financial technology, including direct engagement with local & international clients and market participants.

We’re looking for a capital markets professional with a strong business mindset to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of connectivity and colocation services.
• Build and maintain relationships with global financial institutions.
• Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities.
• support cross‑border strategic initiatives.
• Monitor global capital markets trends and transform insights into actionable business initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in capital markets roles with a commercial or client‑facing orientation.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets.
• Proven experience working with international markets –advantage.
• Clear business development / sales mindset.
• Technological affinity, including understanding of trading systems, connectivity – advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
