Operations and Logistics Coordinator

The Role

As our Operations & Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as the "hands and eyes" of the company on the ground. You will take full ownership of the operational supply chain, managing relationships with external logistics hubs (TPL) and distribution companies. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a seamless flow of goods from warehouse to customer.

Description

• Manage and monitor the daily order cycle, delivery times, and exceptions to ensure smooth logistics.
• Coordinate daily operations with external 3PL providers and distribution partners to resolve real-time issues.
• Monitor distribution SLAs, tracking picking times and delivery performance via BI reports and data analysis.
• Take full ownership of physical inventory accuracy by reconciling warehouse stock with Shopify and ERP systems.
• Lead monthly and quarterly inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies and reporting to the procurement team.
• Execute the operational set-up for new products, including managing SKUs, weights, dimensions, and barcodes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead logistics projects such as system implementations or packaging optimizations.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in operational logistics working with TPL providers and distribution companies.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and produce KPI reports.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce environments with a focus on real-time problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage vendors assertively while maintaining excellent professional relationships.
• Experience with systems such as Shopify, ERP, Mantis, or Monday.com - advantage.
• Background in managing import/export processes or international warehouse operations - advantage.
• Academic degree in Logistics, Management, or Economics - advantage.
